The label reads "THAT'S THE STORY OF MY LIFE" as if it were the album title although it doesn't appear on the cover. Some copies (reissue?) have not the Story subtitle and slight difference in label color and design. Promotional edition exists with "Special Disc Jockey Record" white label and "DJ - NOT FOR SALE" sticker on back cover. All editions mispel Tucker as "Tucken" on the label for Sister Ray credits. This album is famous for his excellent mastering especially of Sister Ray and Lady Godiva's Operation according to Mike Kostek's The Velvet Underground Handbook.
